Qvest Media introduces Qvest.Cloud post production environment integrating Avid content creation and management solutions

Amsterdam, September 15, 2019 – Qvest Media, a world-leading systems architect and ICT integrator, today announced it has integrated its Multicloud Management Platform Qvest.Cloud with Avid Media Composer | Cloud VM and Avid NEXIS Cloud. The combination of Qvest.Cloud with Avid’s solutions provides end-users with greater flexibility for global collaboration and unlimited scalable production capabilities.
A ready-to-use post production infrastructure, based on virtualized Avid | NEXIS® storage systems that runs on Microsoft Azure and Avid Media Composer | Cloud VM are now available on Qvest.Cloud – Qvest Media’s Multicloud Management Platform. Avid’s applications are available as part of the post production package Q.Create and offer flexible deployment models for Avid end users.
Designed to provide news editors, cutters and video artists with maxium freedom in working together, Avid’s cloud solutions and Q.Create enables teams to access and edit their media assets with a browser from anywhere in the world and at any time. Q.Create is a pre-integrated, hosted and fully-managed ready-to-use solution. It provides a high level of flexibility with no large upfront IT investment or long term commitment. Software licences for Avid editing seats or production capacities can be easily scaled up and down for short contract periods. A further integral part of Q.Create are additional software features from Marquis to accelerate editing processes by transferring ground editing projects to Avid NEXIS | Cloud for further location-independent and cloud-based collaborative work by editing teams.
Qvest Media is authorized to perform all necessary license management for required Avid products. Qvest Media will also provide first-level support for Avid solutions and assist users with any technical questions.
